2nd Release. Must contains a complete project refactor: better class design, some process simplification and much more code documentation.

This release is a rewritten of the project. The objective is to get a basic but well designed tile and elevation model in addition of a basic camera class.

Park feature requests/enhancements that have no planned version, and no developer stepping up to take part in developing them here.
If a ticket has some kind of implementation, then it does not belong here.
